Austin Court has 22 available parking spots underneath the building. The spots are not deeded to any particular units or owners. Assignments are made by the Board of Trustees. Since there are usually more owners and residents with vehicles than there are available spaces, there can be a waiting list to obtain a parking spot. The waiting list is ordered as follows:

1. When a space opens up, owners residing in the building have first priority.

2.  Owners residing outside the building have second priority.

3.  Finally, residents have third priority.

 In view of the limited number of spots available, the board will assign no more than one parking spot per owner. Parking spot assignments are not transferable or inheritable; when an owner who had been using a spot sells the unit or dies, the new owner must go on a waiting list, and the space will be assigned to the next individual on the waiting list.
